On this Nordic Walking tour held in the peaceful surroundings of Alsóörs, you can learn the basics of this activity, the proper use of the poles, and the essentials of the technique. The program is short and easy to follow; no prior experience is necessary. Location: public area in front of the Alsóörs Post Office. The organizers do not provide poles. Participation is free. The organizers reserve the right to change the program.

Morning Do-in in Vöröstó Health (and Lifestyle) Vöröstó, Édenkert Porta Vöröstó Do-in is a Japanese self-healing movement therapy based on traditional Chinese medicine. Its training and education in Hungary are characterized by the International Shiatsu School and special education teacher Eszter Madocsai. Éva Jakab—Do-in instructor and master teacher of modern dance—has decades of teaching experience. In previous years in Vöröstó, as part of the Veszprém-Balaton 2023 ECoC program, she led morning outdoor practice sessions and evening dance classes at Édenkert Porta This program continues now. No prior experience is required to participate.
