Yoga is for everyone. It is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, gender, physical abilities, or condition. It makes you more energetic, motivated, clear-headed, healthy, and balanced. It makes everyday tasks easier, improves your relationships with others, and helps you sleep deeply. I welcome all age groups, including men! Our tools help us practice, and like extensions of our bodies, they make yoga accessible to everyone.
We build up the lessons from the beginner level, but there will also be challenges and opportunities for development for those who are already skilled, so I warmly welcome everyone! Children aged 12 and above who are able and willing to pay attention and practice are welcome, as are adults up to the age of 100, regardless of weight, physique, physical ability, or flexibility.
If you have any injuries, changes, illnesses, acute pain, or have had surgery, please let me know before the first session by sending me a message, as this will help me prepare. You can't do yoga with any condition, but it's worth it with many conditions.
The goal is to feel as good as possible in our current body, in harmony with our soul and spirit.
The fusion practice combines several methods into the most pleasant and useful combination for me. The structure of the class is based on classical Hatha, with an emphasis on breathing and relaxation (Shavasana), and I sometimes add a little philosophy and theory, but without going overboard. We move through everything with a flow of Vinyasa that is similar to Ashtanga but freer, then we move on to the almost therapeutic lyengar method, renowned for its precision.
IMPORTANT:
* Please bring your own mat/polyfoam! I will provide the other equipment.
* Please arrive in comfortable clothing, or if you are changing, there is a bathroom in the Hall, but we do not have a separate changing room.
* Please arrive 10 minutes before the start time so that you can take your seat calmly.
* Please do not enter the upstairs yoga studio with your shoes on. Please take them off at the entrance.

Reviews:
"I had tried yoga many times before in my life, and although I felt its positive effects on myself, it always ended the same way: I didn't go back. Zsófi's classes brought about the first change— I've been practicing twice a week for five months now, experiencing the greatest progress: practicing yoga has become an inner necessity. So, thank you, Zsófi, for your spirit, your enthusiasm, and your knowledge!" - Csilla
"I love Zsófi's yoga classes! She is a defining teacher on my journey. You can feel that she has a wealth of experience, knowledge, and personal practice, as her series and classes are not typical. Every session is challenging, and I leave feeling satisfied. The poses, combinations, and wisdom she shares in her classes are wonderful and unique. It has helped me a lot on my journey to return to my body, to trust my body more, and to learn much more about life and the yogic way of life." - Soraya
"The workshops held by Zsófi were very useful for me, and I enjoyed them very much. Her knowledge, attentiveness, and enthusiasm are commendable." - Erzsébet
"As a teacher and as a person, Zsófi is absolutely refreshing, which is a brilliant motivation for the lessons! Her lessons wonderfully combine breathing with spirituality and the physical, giving you lots of encouragement and great advice when you want to try more challenging poses!" -Angharad

About me:
My name is Zsófi Böhm. With a background in classical ballet, I drifted almost organically into the world of yoga, which has since become an integral part of my life.
Twenty years ago, my first practices focused almost exclusively on the physical aspects, and I couldn't see the forest for the trees. Later, while living in India, I studied for years with world-renowned masters, and I still return to them—e.g., Usha Devi, Ashish Sharma, Surrinder Singh—mainly Hatha, Ashtanga, and lyengar methods, extracting from each the information that I could translate into my own language. In my teaching style, I combine the structure of classical Hatha, the continuity and dynamics of Ashtanga, and the precision of lyengar.
For me, yoga is a therapy that helps transform our repetitive mental patterns and habits, and in finding peace with ourselves and the moment. Strengthening our bodies and achieving good health are just pleasant side effects of regular practice.
I have taught in Szeged, Wales, India, at yoga festivals, in Baja, Budapest, and I recently moved to the Kál Basin.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat!
