Program overview

Eating is good, tasting Badacsony wines is very good, and let's admit it: traveling is good too! But it's even better when we do all three together. A wine dinner at Borbarangolás is a perfect opportunity for this, a magical Saturday evening spiced up with a truly special culinary experience. First, at the end of January, we offered you an unforgettable wine dinner, and then on March 14, we invite you to a similarly enjoyable gastronomic journey as part of Taste Balaton festival.

The four-course wine dinner will feature seven of our best wines for you to taste.

The wine dinners start at 6 p.m., and before dinner, we organize a garden program for participants starting at 4:30 p.m.

Menu:

• Duck brulée, braided bread, Riesling red onion relish (G, L, E)

• Pearl barley soup with meat and steamed vegetables

• Roast duck breast with rose, roasted beetroot with citrus, truffle mashed potatoes (L)

All participants will receive a branded Folly wine glass as a gift with their dinner. – February 6 and March 14-20: Boróka Vörös 2023 5+1 package: 18,250 HUF.

The price of the program is 26,900 HUF per person, which includes admission to the arboretum, the wine dinner, and the accompanying program.
