Pilates is a full-body strength and mobility workout that has a positive effect on health, fitness, and mental well-being. It builds strong, flexible muscles and engages the entire body. Benefits of Pilates: strengthens core muscles, improves posture, increases flexibility, reduces stress, and improves breathing.

SPINAL EXERCISES

Mobilization and stabilization for a strong and flexible spine Mobilization/dynamic stretching: We loosen the muscles and mobilize the fascia (connective tissue), allowing our joints to move within their full range of motion again.

Stabilization/core stability: stabilizes and strengthens the body to maintain proper posture.

Strengthening: strengthens the muscles to increase the body’s strength and resilience. Who should do both types of exercise? Everyone, regardless of age or gender. It’s an excellent way to counteract a sedentary lifestyle. For those who regularly do cardio and strength training, it can also improve athletic performance. What to bring? A yoga mat, water, a small towel, and PERSEVERANCE!
