The main character is Professor Dr. György Romhányi, an academic who had already become a living legend during his lifetime—a professor of pathology, a medical examiner—or, as he called himself, a “prosector”—who became a legend in an era when there was no internet, or social media—only enthusiastic followers could pass on his intellectual legacy by word of mouth.

For future generations, the duty to “preserve this legacy” is inescapable.We wish to bring the past of "the great ones" into the present, but rather place it in the future, where the mind of knowledge, wisdom, and humor make it enduring.
