Italian pasta course
Participants will learn how to prepare five types of homemade pasta during the workshop. Everyone will work with two types of dough, one made with durum wheat flour and water, and one made with eggs.
We will prepare the following pasta dishes:
– Tagliatelle (wide noodles)
– Farfalle (bow tie pasta)
– Ravioli (filled with spinach and ricotta)
– Tortellini (filled with Bolognese ragù)
– Cavadietti (Sicilian pasta similar to gnocchi)
The two types of stuffed pasta are cooked on site and eaten with two different sauces, and the rest will be taken home by the participants.
Everyone will receive a pasta spoon and a recipe booklet containing the recipes prepared, recipes for fillings, and a bonus pesto recipe. The participation fee is 16,900 HUF.
