What stories does a building that’s several centuries old hold? During a tour of Ruttner House, we can explore the building from the basement all the way up to the attic, while a brief account of the family and the house’s history offers a glimpse into the lives of its former residents.

How did the system of violence operate in the 1950's? What role did national defense, the justice system, and the penal system play in this?

During this special guided tour, Dr. Barbara Bank, historian, archivist, university lecturer, and member of the National Remembrance Committee, will help us examine the operations of the repressive organizations during the Rákosi era and the methods they employed.
