108 Sun Salutations & Sound Baths

The only requirement for participation is that you know the Sun Salutation sequence and can perform it on your own. It doesn’t matter which yoga tradition you follow. During the practice, everyone performs the Sun Salutation the way they’ve learned it and the way that works best for them. There is no single “correct” way to do it—follow your own practice!  First and foremost, this is not a physical challenge, but an opportunity to harmonize the asanas, breathing, and your attention to flow together and immerse yourself in the practice.

How will it work?

We’ll start with a group warm-up to prepare our bodies for the sequence.
Throughout the 108-day retreat, continuous mantra music will support us as we perform the exercises together.
We’ll conclude with a 30- to 40-minute relaxation session and sound bath so that our bodies and nervous systems can integrate the practice.
