Introduction

Káptalantóti is one of the most charming settlements in the Balaton Uplands, surrounded by the hills of the Tapolca Basin. The history of the village dates back to the Árpád era, and its attractions include the ruins of the Sabar Hill church and the Baroque Roman Catholic church. The traditions of viticulture and the unparalleled panorama make this region special. The Liliomkert Market welcomes visitors interested in the products of small producers and artisans every Sunday.

Location & Accessibility

The settlement is located along the road connecting Zánka and Tapolca, but if coming from Lake Balaton, can be reached in several ways from Route 71. Public transportation is primarily available from Tapolca, Révfülöp, and Zánka.
