Huray Villas
Introduction
The former Huray property, consisting of two villas and a farmhouse and servants' quarters, was the home of Dr. István Huray, a spa doctor. Villa "A", which has been renovated to its current condition, showcases the family history and medicine during the Reform Era, and there is also a Tourinform office and gift shop. Villa "B" is a multifunctional cultural space with temporary exhibitions and events. There are installations in the garden, a chronoscope in front of the facade, and themed walks starting from the villas.
The aim of the development was to preserve the heritage of the world-famous reform-era town center and increase its tourist appeal by restoring Swiss-style villas and putting them to modern use.
