Fülei Winery

The Fűlei Winery is located between Balatonakali and Dörgicse, on the picturesque Fenye Hill, where the family winery has been producing its wines using traditional methods and organic methods for more than a century. The cellar was built in 1889 and has been given a new lease of life since 2013 under the leadership of Zoltán Fűlei. The main varieties of wine are Olaszrizling, Tramini, and Királyleányka, which are grown without chemicals, using natural methods.

The cellar not only offers wines, but also experience-based programs: wine tastings, cellar tours, festivals, and themed events—such as Akali Wine Day during the almond blossom season—await those who are interested. Guests can visit the cellar by appointment, where they can enjoy accompanied by delicious wine snacks and friendly hospitality.

The Fülei Winery is located in Balatonakali, at 64 Fenye Hill.nbsp;The winery is easily accessible by car from Highway 71, taking the Balatonudvari exit, and can be reached in about 5 minutes. The nearest bus stop is about a 30-minute walk away, so it is worth planning your visit by car or as part of a tour. Free parking is available on site, and the area is ideal for hiking and panoramic walks.
