Evangelical Church in Veszprém

The church of the Evangelical Church District of Veszprém stands in the heart of the city and has a history dating back more than two centuries. Built in 1798, the building received its tower in 1910, which remains a defining feature of the cityscape to this day. Congregational life is diverse: worship services, Bible studies, youth events, and community programs await those who are interested. The renovated spaces of the church and the adjacent parish hall host cultural events, concerts, and lectures, thus playing an active community role in addition to its religious traditions.

The church is located in the center of Veszprém, in Haubner Máté Park, between Kossuth Lajos Street and Brusznyai Árpád Street. Parking spaces are available in the surrounding area for those arriving by car. If you arrive by public transport, it is a 5-minute walk from the "Hotel" stop, and 10 minutes on foot from the bus station. Church services are held every Sunday and on public holidays at 10 a.m.
