Bamboo Bistro

The Bamboo Bistro is located in the heart of the Zen Garden Resort, where modern European bistro cuisine, a natural environment, and panoramic views of Lake Balaton await guests. The more than 700 square meter terrace is the perfect place for a quiet lunch or a cozy dinner. The restaurant pays special attention to the needs of guests who are glutenand lactose-intolerant guests, so the menu includes vegetarian and vegan dishes in every season.

The menu includes creative combinations such as duck breast with strawberries, giant truffle dumplings, as well as Hungarian gin-based cocktails and a selection of quality champagnes. Bamboo Bistro welcomes not only hotel guests but also outside visitors, whether they arrive by boat, SUP, or bicycle.

Bamboo Bistro is located in Zánk, at 148 Vérkúti Street. It is easily accessible by car from Highway 71 and is located within the Zen Garden Resort. An electric vehicle shuttle service is provided for guests from the parking lot to the restaurant, which is a short, approximately 10-minute "mini tour" showcasing the natural beauty of the resort. The site is partially wheelchair accessible and can also be reached by water—by sailboat, rowboat, or SUP—by prior arrangement.
