Instructor: Tünde Boros
I discovered yoga in 2005, when I was 27 years old. After three years of practice and seeing the changes in my body, I decided that I would like to deepen this knowledge and, in time, pass it on.
Since 2009 in India and Europe: in the Czech Republic, Austria, Budapest, and London, I have gained such diverse theoretical and practical knowledge that serves as a solid foundation not only for teaching yoga but also for my daily life. I use a rich repertoire of tools to create harmony between body, mind, and spirit, both in my own practice and with my clients.
In 2014, after successfully passing my exams, I received the Yoga in Daily Life international teaching diploma. I spent a year volunteering in India, where I further deepened my knowledge of yoga philosophy and practical experience. In 2018, I earned certification as a kids' yoga instructor in London. I taught in London from 2013 until the spring of 2020. Since the fall of 2020, I have been living and working in the Balaton Uplands.
Currently, my students range in age from 3 to 76 years old. I hold private and group sessions, where we practice in a way that is specifically tailored to the needs and life journey of the given group or individual.
For me, yoga is not a fad or a series of impossible poses, but the most natural connection with our body and our soul, the regular practice of which helps preserve our overall well-being. It can be started at any age, without any special skills or knowledge.
