Péter Korniss has been one of the best-known and internationally recognized Hungarian photographers for many decades; he established his reputation as a documentary photographer, and then, by continually pushing the boundaries of the genre, created his landmark series. His works have been exhibited in numerous European countries and in the United States, and his photographs have appeared in publications such as National Geographic, Geo, and Time, among others. László Hollós’s documentary film traces the artist’s extraordinary life journey, as well as the unique intertwining of tradition and modernity, and showcases his distinctive perspective.
