New wine. Goose. Duck. Weekend.

The arrival of the most famous French new wine, Beaujolais nouveau, and the traditions of St. Martin's Day mark the beginning of the gastronomic season. The former takes place simultaneously around the world on the third Thursday of the eleventh month of the year, which this year falls on November 20.

On both evenings, we will be tasting the 2025 vintage "Beaujolais nouveau" wines, accompanied by a specially created water-based menu.

Of course, our usual buffet breakfast will also be available.
