National BBQ Day - Echo Restaurant

From May 15 to 17, BBQ lifestyle is coming to Tihany. To celebrate International BBQ Day, we’re firing up the smoker and serving up a spread that’s well worth the trip up the hill.

• 🥩 BBQ Beef Brisket: just the way it should be – smoked in a smoker, tender meat, served with smoked cheese-stuffed baked potatoes and fresh coleslaw.
• 🍔 Pulled Pork Sandwich: shredded pork in sourdough bread, with pickled red onion, caramelized bacon, cheddar, and whiskey BBQ sauce. (Served with fries and coleslaw!)
• 🧀 Mac and Cheese: a timeless classic—creamy cheddar cheese sauce, sautéed onions, and crispy bacon.
• 🍔 Echo Beef Burger: homemade BBQ sauce, chicken salad, caramelized onions, and a juicy beef patty.
