◉ About the Exhibition ◉
From August 13–24, 2026, highly successful FÉNYERŐMŰ at Inota Thermal Power Plant will once again open its monumental spaces with new, large-scale works, creating Hungary’s largest contiguous industrial exhibition space.
During the light art exhibition, the former thermal power plant takes on new meaning: vast halls, cooling towers, boiler rooms, and outdoor industrial spaces are transformed into a contemporary art venue. Amid the dark, raw structures, light, sound, moving images, and spatial interventions are creating new landscapes within the power plant’s monumental architecture.
Visitors can explore one of Hungary’s most unique industrial sites, the iconic Turbine Hall, the Boiler Room, the area around the cooling towers, and the power plant’s outdoor spaces, where contemporary light artand the monumental industrial setting come together to create a world that is at once futuristic, raw, and timeless.
