Harvest Langalló Party | Apátsági Rege Pastry Shop

You usually smell a freshly fried langalló before you see it. And with the aroma of warm dough, garlic, and fried bacon, it’s hard to just walk by.

Langalló used to be part of bread-baking day: pieces of dough scraped from the kneading-trough were baked on the hot stones of the oven, then served with simple, hearty toppings. We’ll be evoking this familiar, oven-baked atmosphere during the harvest weekend at Apátsági Rege Confectionery— in two completely different versions.

• 👉Classic langalló — served with garlic sour cream, red onion, and fried bacon. Smoky, hearty, and just the way we love this old favorite.
• 👉Grilled goose liver langalló — the more festive version, topped with grilled goose liver and crispy sausage crumbs. Familiar basics, with richer flavors and a twist perfect for harvest season.

Pick one of the harvest events—and if you can't decide, go to both. Langalló tastes best when enjoyed with friends anyway.
