Bring along the garment you’d like to revamp!

Eyeglass case workshop: Make a unique eyeglass case from old fabrics using simple sewing or gluing techniques; recommended for beginners as well.

“Fashion Is Our Common Cause—What Can We Do About It?”
Fashion affects everyone. Behind every piece of clothing lie people, manufacturing processes, environmental impacts, and important social issues. During the presentation, we’ll discuss sustainable and ethical fashion, the “slow fashion” philosophy, extending the life cycle of clothing, and how we can become more conscious consumers without having to build an entirely new wardrobe.
