More than just movement. An immersive social experience.

A whole new level of experience awaits—one you can discover with us right now.

Imagine stepping into a hexagonal space surrounded by nature, living art, and a world of light. The shapes and the rhythm of the music gently guide your movements.

You are entering a new dimension.

Immersive yoga is a communal movement experience where light, sound, and space come together to help you slow down and reconnect with your body and your inner balance.

Strength. Focus. Balance.

Not just a workout—a state of being you arrive at.

At CODE, we are proud that Veszprém, together with the Bakony-Balaton region, is European Region of Sport in 2026.

We believe in the power of community—and in the fact that movement is not just about performance. It’s about connection. With yourself and with each other.

We invite you to join us in this community experience.

What is yoga?

Yoga strengthens the body while promoting mental balance.

  • improves flexibility and posture
  • helps reduce stress
  • improves focus and mindfulness

Classes are available at beginner and intermediate levels; no prior experience is required.

Who's in charge?

The classes are led by Barbara Molnár , a yoga instructor specializing in spinal, flow, and sound therapy yoga. During the session, the experience of flow meets the fundamentals of spinal yoga, accompanied by gentle music and guided attention.

The space

The sessions take place in CODE’s unique, six-sided space, the Hexagon.

The visual experience aids deepening; each session concludes with approximately 20 minutes of sound-based relaxation— the vibrations help you relax and release tension.
