Peter Šrámek

Introduction
Peter Šrámek: Fonogram Award-winning singer, the new voice of Hungarian music.
Peter Šrámek was born in Slovakia in 1993 and began his musical career at a young age. He graduated from the Bratislava Conservatory of Music with a degree in musical theater, and then became known in Hungary through the talent show Rising Star, where he came in third place. Since then, he has appeared in numerous television shows, including Star in Star, nbsp;A nagy duett (The Big Duet), and the show Csináljuk a fesztivált! (Let's Make a Festival!), which he won in 2022.
His musical style is characterized by a blend of classic Hungarian dance songs and modern pop music. He is particularly well known for performing the songs of Zámbó Jimmy with exceptional authenticity and emotion – he even learned Hungarian for this purpose, almost without an accent. In the 2022 series A Király (The King), he was the voice of Jimmy, for which he practiced for six months.
Peter Schärmer's target audience is broad: they appeal to everyone from the older generation longing for nostalgia to younger music fans. At his concerts, the audience regularly demands classic songs, but his own compositions are also becoming increasingly popular. In 2024, he won the Szenes Iván Award and also won the Sztárban sztár All Stars season.
