Pannon Castle Theater
Introduction
The Pannon Theater is one of Veszprém's defining cultural institutions. It has been operating since 2001 and and is located in the Hangvilla Multifunctional Community Space. The aim of the theater is to create a space for the creation of art through the fusion of classical and contemporary arts in several genres prose, music, dance – to offer meaningful performances for all age groups. Their productions often reflect on social issues, providing an entertaining and thought-provoking experience.
In addition to Veszprém, the company regularly performs in Balatonfüred, Ajka, Alsóörsö, and other settlements along the Danube. The theater pays special attention to youthand family programs, as well as reaching disadvantaged audiences. The Pannon Theater is also the organizer of the T&A NC International Contemporary Dance Festival, which is one of the region's premier artistic events.
