Dance and Relaxation in Vöröstó Active (Sports and Movement) Vöröstó, Édenkert Porta Vöröstó Dance Relaxation is a unique movement method that combines elements of free dance, modern dance, and jazz dance techniques. Like the other forms of exercise offered, its goal is not only to gently mobilize the body but also to help restore balance to the nervous system. The sessions are led by Éva Jakab, who holds a master's degree in Modern Dance Teaching from the Hungarian University of Dance Arts and has more than 25 years of professional experience.
