World fitness champion, lifestyle expert, motivational role model.

Alexandra Béres was born in Budapest in 1976, the daughter of a doctor and a pharmaceutical researcher. She began competing in sports at the age of six, initially in rhythmic gymnastics, and went on to achieve outstanding success in the world of fitness. She became Hungarian champion in 1994 and European and world champion in 1995.

She graduated from Semmelweis University's Faculty of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, then obtained an Aerobic Step master trainer qualification in Germany. From 2003, she participated in PhD training and also took part in numerous professional training courses worldwide.

Alexandra is the creator of the Weight Control lifestyle program, which promotes sustainable weight loss and healthy living. She has released more than a dozen fitness DVDs and is the editor-in-chief of Diet & Fitness magazine. She has also served as the professional director of the Gilda Max Fitness network.

2003 és 2013 között a magyar női curling válogatott tagja volt, 2011-ben Európa-bajnoki címet is szerzett. Két gyermek édesanyja, férje Barna Krisztián fotós.
