Who cares about Pál Frenák?

Pál Frenák is an internationally recognized, French-Hungarian choreographer. The film is a portrait from his traumatic childhood spent with his deaf-mute parents and in an orphanage all the way to his international successes. The film shows how the art of movement and dance helped him process the wounds inflicted by the oppressive communist regime, overcome his inner demons, and how he found himself in the open culture of Paris.
