Memorial walk in Veszprém – locations and stories from 1956
We invite you to visit the city center of Veszprém, which is home to the most important sites and memorials of the 1956 revolution, evoking the era and the people who shaped it, actively participated in it, or suffered through it during those turbulent days in our history. Contemporary documents (notarial records and personal recollections) will be our guides in all of this.

The city tour will take place with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 40 participants.
Advance registration is required to participate in the tour.
Tickets can be purchased in person at Tourinform Veszprém office( 2Óváros tér), or by advance bank transfer to account number 17600066-00474012-00200004. For full registration, the ticket price must be paid 48 hours before the start of the walk.
In the case of a bank transfer, we need the following information to prepare the invoice: Name, Address, (in the case of a company: tax number)
