Let’s celebrate the 30th jubilee together in the heart of the Bakony Hills! We warmly welcome everyone to a day full of experiences, where history, nature, animal welfare, and the preservation of traditions come together.

All day (9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)

• Local Farmers’ Market: the finest handicrafts and local delicacies from the Bakony region. 📍 Location: Petting Zoo

• Morning Programs

• 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m. | Pony and donkey petting: an interactive activity for the little ones – direct contact with our favorite animals. 📍 Location: Petting Zoo

• 9:45 a.m. – 10:45 a.m. | Building an Insect Hotel: a creative and eco-friendly program for families, organized in collaboration with staff from the Zirc Natural History Museum. 📍 Location: Zsivány Farm

• 11:00 – 11:30 | “Secrets of Szépalma”: an engaging presentation on the history and development of the estate. 🎤 Speaker: Anna Kákonyi (with the collaboration of a staff member from Laczkó Dezső Museum)

• 🖼️ On view: historical exhibition on the history of Szépalma 📍 Location: Hotel Aula

• 11:30 – 12:00 | Photo contest results announcement: Formal award ceremony. 📍 Location: Hotel Aula

Afternoon programs

• 1:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. | A Glimpse into Life at Ménesbirtok: learn about horse care and daily life at Ménesbirtok. 📍 Meeting point: Zsiványtanya corner, arrival at the petting zoo

• 2:15 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. | Guided walk through the Arboretum: discover our unique botanical rarities led by our expert, dendrologist Barnabás Tóth. 📍Meeting point: Zsiványtanya corner / Location: Arboretum

• 3:15 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. | Horseback archery demonstration by Kassai Horseback Archery School, Konkoly Kánság team📍 Starting point: Zsiványtanya corner / Location: Riding arena

• 4:45 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. | Archery: those interested can try out the reconstructed bows from the Hungarian Conquest era, made with the help of modern tools. (Arrows designed and manufactured by Lajos Kassai.)
