Participants complete a 500 m&virtual track, the progress of which they can continuously monitor on a projector. Four children can race at a time, so the program runs continuously, in multiple rounds. The system measures, among other things, the distance covered, the race time, as well as the average and maximum speeds.
On site, the organizers coordinate the program: they welcome and brief the children, help them use the bikes, organize the competitors’ schedule, and run and supervise the races. This ensures that participants can engage in the program continuously and safely.
The goal of Gold Sprint is to provide a short, fast-paced, and easy-to-understand challenge for children, in which everyone can test their skills and measure their performance as many times as they like.
