  • Appetizer
     Goose liver pâté with tomato, red onion, and baguette  4,900.-
     Goose brulée with red onion chutney and crackling  6,900.-
  • Soup
     Goose soup with tarragon  2,800.-
     Plum cream soup with rum raisins  2,500.-
  • Main course
     Roasted goose leg with orange and purple cabbage, butter-fried noodles  6,900.-
  • Dessert
     Chocolate mousse in a burnt pastry case with rum-soaked cherries  2,900.-
