On St. Martin's Day, we traditionally eat goose and taste new wine – and celebrate all this with a special six-course wine dinner at Zelna Bistro.
Every course on the menu is based on goose and the flavors of the Balaton Uplands in autumn, and we prepare it with carefully selected Zelna wines, in the form of a guided wine tasting.
Menu
Amuse bouche: pumpkin, butter, goose cracklings
Starter: breaded goose breast, chestnuts, pine nuts
Soup: goose consommé
Main course 1: pumpkin, grapes, Vászoly cheese, goose liver
Intermediate course: potato velouté, goose mince, cucumber
Main course 2: goose breast, goose liver, parsnips
Dessert: sponge cake, apples, vanilla
