St. Martin's Day goose feast at Feind Winery – Balatonfőkajár
Feind Winery is preparing a special gastronomic experience for St. Martin's Day again this year! Traditional goose dishes will be accompanied by the winery's selected wines to create a truly festive harmony. In addition to goose, goose liver, and other classic dishes, guests are treated to sparkling wine and single-vineyard wines.
Held in a cozy autumn setting, the event is not only about culinary delights, but also about community, the love of wine, and respect for traditions. Feind Winery in Balatonfőkajár welcomes all those who would like to celebrate St. Martin's Day in a fitting manner.
Two types of three-course menus.
Menu A:
- Starter: Goose breast brulée with crispy crackling and quince compote
- Main course: Orange-glazed goose leg with braised purple cabbage and rosemary croquettes
- Dessert: Lúdláb cup dessert
Menu "B":
- Starter: Goose liver, sourdough bread, pickled vegetables
- Main course: Sous-vide goose breast with roasted potato purée and roasted root vegetables
- Dessert: Lúdláb cup dessert
For a 3-course dinner:
- 12,900 HUF + 12% service charge / person
To participate in the dinner, you must reserve a table and indicate your choice of menu!
