Nordic Walking – Equipment and Movement Demonstration 05/16

Would you like to try Nordic Walking? Now you can learn the ins and outs of using the poles with a certified instructor.

During this Nordic Walking demonstration held in the peaceful surroundings of Monasteries & Gardens, you can learn the basics of this form of exercise, the correct use of the poles, and the essentials of the technique. The program is short and easy to understand; no prior experience is necessary.
