Get moving, Balaton!

The Get Moving, Balaton series of events is a unique community exercise experience open to people of all ages. The event focuses on the love of movement, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and fostering a sense of community, as the goal is for as many people as possible to experience the joy of movement together.

Participants can take part in a simple, easy-to-follow exercise and movement program that is suitable for everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. The goal of the exercises is to get the body moving, develop body awareness, and encourage regular exercise in a playful and enjoyable way.

The session also incorporates the basic movements of self-defense, presented in a simple, safe, and experience-based way, allowing participants to gain insight into this dynamic sport. In addition, there is an opportunity to try out the sport: with the help of equipment provided on-site, everyone can experience the basics of the sport firsthand, under the guidance of qualified instructors.

The program is also enlivened by fun community activities, including quizzes related to sports and urban themes, during which participants can win small gifts. The event’s message is simple yet important: let’s move together for our health and a better community, since exercising together strengthens not only the body but also the community.
