Farm2Fork lunch at Lelkem – with Boldizsár Horváth

Overview:

Boldizsár Horváth is the founder and owner of Farm2Fork, which connects Hungarian producers with top restaurants and families who are open to high quality, local produce. They place great emphasis on environmentally friendly solutions and the procurement of organic ingredients. In Galgahév, they run their own organic intensive farm.

The farm2fork lunch will be even more special than any other meal we serve, as Boldizsár will be here with us. He will talk about the ingredients, why seasonality is important, why farm-fresh/organic vegetables are tastier, and we will also talk about why high-quality products are the obvious choice for us.

Details:

▪️Arrival from 11:30 a.m.

▪️Lunch starts at 12:00 p.m.

▪️Maximum number of participants: approx. 30 people

▪️We will eat together at long tables.

▪️A set menu will be prepared; unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions at this time.

▪️The participation fee is 25,000 HUF/person, which includes informal conversation, food, and fermented beverages.
