CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT
A few words about the AWARE MOVEMENT WORKSHOP:
Instructor Mónika Koren warmly welcomes anyone interested to her weekly classes, held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m every Monday.
The fee for the class is 1,000 HUF per person per session, payable in cash on site.
This is a form of physical activity that focuses on the quality of movement, breathing, and internal body sensations, and functional movement, rather than on performance or the number of calories burned.
Its goal is to strengthen brain-muscle connections, integrate breathing and movement, to increase mobility and stability, prevent musculoskeletal problems, improve posture, and strengthen deep muscles.
It is particularly suitable for safe exercise for seniors, and has a preventive effect for adults who perform sedentary work.
According to the training methodology, both beginners and more experienced participants can join the sessions, and the instructor has the necessary experience to ensure safe practice even for those with certain health issues.
The MOVE! HEGYMAGAS grant project will be implemented between March 30, 2026, and December 31, 2026.
