Bográcsfőző (Cauldron Cooking) Workshop with Batsányi Folk Song Circle

Overview:

Immerse yourself in the world of traditional bogrács (cauldron) cooking at an interactive workshop, where Batsányi Népdalkör sings and talks about folk music, folk costumes and traditions while the food is being prepared. We use the best ingredients for our bogrács cooking, and the entire cooking process is in the hands of the participants: we prepare the dishes together, snacking as we go, tasting pálinka and selected wines, while learning step by step about the masterful use of fire, smoke, and spices. At the end of the program, the workshop concludes with a tasting of the prepared dishes and singing in a convivial atmosphere.
