What is Pilates?
Mat Pilates is a slow, controlled form of exercise that focuses on breathing and precise execution.

- improves posture
- develops body awareness
Classes are available at both beginner and intermediate levels; no prior experience is necessary.
Who's in charge?
The classes are led by Réka Katherine Szépvölgyi, a certified Pilates instructor who has been teaching for nearly 5 years, and has more than two decades of personal experience practicing Pilates. In her teaching philosophy, awareness, precision, and the joy of movement play a central role, helping participants progress safely at their own pace.
The Square
The sessions take place in CODE’s unique, hexagonal space, the Hexagon. nbsp;
The visual experience aids deep concentration, and each session concludes with a guided relaxation exercise, the koshi, with the soft, meditative sounds of the bells.
Technical Information
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early.
There is no separate changing area (you can change in the restroom).
Please bring:
- mattress / foam pad
- water
- optionally, a sweater or blanket for relaxation
