For three days, the atmosphere of Bavarian beer gardens will take over ECHO. Alongside the beers, classic, comforting dishes will be served—from crispy pork knuckles to strawberry jam-filled Schmarrn.

🍖 Whole roasted pork knuckle— crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, served with Bavarian Sauerkraut and mashed potatoes.

🧀 Cheese soup—a rich and creamy dish made with sautéed onions and farm-aged cheeses.

🍓 Cottage cheese Schmarrn with strawberry jam

🌕 Friday night full moon — this time, the sky provides a special backdrop for the first evening, so the atmosphere of the beer festival is complemented by a full moon night.
