Let's step back in time and recall the spirit of revolution in the streets of Veszprém!
Join us on a special walk to discover the sites and stories of Veszprém related to the 1848-49 revolution!49 revolution. You will learn how the city experienced the period of the freedom fight, who the local heroes were, and what events shaped the fate of the citizens of Veszprém. During our tour, we will also visit the Benedek Hill air-raid shelter.

There will be no lighting at the air-raid shelter, so please bring a flashlight/phone with you for the tour.
The city tour will take place with a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 40 participants.
The organizers reserve the right to change the program!
Registration and ticket purchase
Participation in the walk requires prior registration. Please indicate your intention to participate this link, using the registration form at the bottom of the page. Registrations will be accepted in the order in which they are received. City tours can be booked by individual guests, For group offers, please visit the veszpreminfo.hu website.
Tickets can be purchased in person at the Tourinform Veszprém office(2 Óváros tér), or in advance by bank transfer to account number 17600066-00474012-00200004. For full registration, the ticket price must be paid 48 hours before the start of the walk.
In the case of a bank transfer, we need the following information to prepare the invoice: Name, Address, (In case of a company: tax number)
Ticket prices:
- Adults: 3,500 HUF
- Kids/seniors: 2,500 HUF
- Free for kids under 6 years of age
