Wine Tasting Neapolitan Pizza Workshop - An Evening with Ferenc Bujdosó and Zoltán Mayer

We invite participants to a special interactive evening where our two passions - Neapolitan pizza and Balaton wines come together.

The program will be led by two outstanding experts: Ferenc Bujdos, one of the region's most renowned winemakers, and Zoltán Mayer, a master Neapolitan pizza maker.

Guests can learn the secrets of traditional Neapolitan pizza making and shape their own dough, while gaining insight into the world of wine and food pairings through a carefully curated wine selection. Participants can look forward to a relaxed, enjoyable evening rich in experiences.
