Introduction
Veszprém Slalom for SIPOM Cup is the eighth and final round of the Transdanubian Slalom Cup series. This closed-course driving skills competition will be held for the third time this year in the parking lot of One Veszprém Arena. The event promotes safe vehicle handling and offers a racing opportunity in a structured, closed environment.
Program and registration information
A maximum of 120 entries will be accepted. Pre-registration: November 1–14, 2025 via email at [email protected]. Entry fee: 23,000 HUF/person, payable on-site. The fee includes insurance. The registration form is available for download at szlalomracing.atw.hu.
Evaluation criteria:
- Front-wheel and 4x4 drive vehicles: 3 “A” + 3 “N” engine displacement categories
- Rear-wheel drive vehicles: 3 engine displacement categories
- Additional categories: Women (N), Proto (P), Overall classification
Event schedule (Outline)
- 6:00 a.m.–8:45 a.m.: Track setup, technical inspection, track walk
- 9:00 a.m.: Drivers’ briefing and opening ceremony
- 9:15 a.m.: Start of the first timed lap
- ~4:00 p.m.: Results announcement
- ~4:15 p.m.: Awards ceremony
Participation requirements: a helmet, closed clothing, a seatbelt, and a vehicle that complies with technical regulations are mandatory. Participants must be at least 18 years old. Minors are not allowed to compete or ride as passengers.
