A musical journey through time with Gergely Kovács at Hangvilla on World Music Day.

On October 1, World Music Day, the public is invited to a special concert at Hangvilla in Veszprém: the world of the Black and White Cathedral will unfold before our eyes. Pianist Gergely Kovács, who is enchanting the audience for the third time with his carefully curated performance, invites the audience on a unique musical journey through time. His performance brings to life more than three centuries of music history: the refined harmonies of the Baroque, the disciplined brilliance of the Classical period, the passionate outpourings of Romanticism, and the freshness of contemporary melodies all find their place behind the keys.

This tradition-creating, uplifting evening is not just a concert: it is an intimate encounter with music and with ourselves. An evening when the black and white keys become a temple where the soul can roam freely through time and space. Every melody is a story: from the past, the present, and perhaps a little bit from the future. The evening's program brings to life the history of the piano from the 1700s to the present day, offering insight into the development of the instrument and the rich, colorful world of piano music.
