At the Easter Castle Opening, visitors to Szigliget Castle can enjoy programs that evoke the atmosphere of the Middle Ages. Within the castle walls, musicians, armed traditionalists, and archers will present the everyday life of the devensive castle chain borderlands, the lifestyle, weapons and customs of the period. The aim of the programs is to educate and entertain, during which visitors can also actively participate in certain activities. Among other things, there is an opportunity to try out tools and equipment, and ask questions related to the presentations. The castle buffet will be open during the event, serving traditional dishes such as Strudel, flatbread, and syrups.
