As part of the Taste Balaton series of events, Joci Juhos, a judge on RTL's Master Confectioner program, is coming to us for an exclusive workshop, where confectionery is not about recipes, but a way of thinking. Textures, flavors, proportions, techniques – first-hand, up close. You can ask questions. Tasting is mandatory. Inspiration is guaranteed. This is not a demonstration, but a collaborative effort, a professional game, sweet creation – in the Balaton environment. In the meantime, get ready for a sweet treat that will leave its mark.
