Dear Sun & Moon fans, 

We won't beat around the bush: we loved the 2025 season so much that we couldn't wait until 2026, so we put together a serious little winter Meetup at our favorite place, Koczor winery in Balatonfüred. We're preparing a real winter hillside atmosphere for you, where the party starts outside, surrounded by the beautiful landscape, and of course, the Après Ski stage will follow.

We are preparing an authentic winter vibe for you! The decor, the food and drinks, and the heated dance floor will all be there to complete the winter open-air party atmosphere.

We are delighted to announce that we have managed to tempt you away from your favorite cocktail bar, as ÉgSzínKék is coming in with its special winter drink menu. 

At the après-ski party, Andy Kraft and his friends will be playing the hottest house music.... more info coming soon..

1. *Changes to the event program and schedule*

The event organizers, *Sun & Moon Team*, reserve the right to change the announced program and schedule without prior notice if required by technical, weather, organizational, or any other justified reasons. The organizers will do everything in their power to ensure that program changes cause as little inconvenience as possible to participants. The organizers accept no liability for any damages related to changes in the program or schedule.

2. *Pet policy*

You can bring your pet to the event at your own risk.

3. *Ticket purchase and admission*

Admission to the event is possible by purchasing a ticket or with an invitation provided by the organizers. Tickets cannot be refunded, except if the event is canceled entirely.
4. *Event cancelation*

If the event is canceled due to an error on the part of *Sun & Moon Team* or for other unavoidable reasons (e.g., force majeure), the organizers undertake to refund 100% of the price of the tickets purchased to the ticket buyers. The organizers will send a separate notification regarding the method and timing of the refund.

*Important note:* The *Sun & Moon Team* is not responsible for any other damages or costs resulting from the cancelation of the event (e.g., accommodation, travel, etc.). Our liability is limited exclusively to the price of the tickets purchased.

5. *Disclaimer*

The event organizers are not responsible for the loss of participants' personal belongings, injury, or any accident suffered at the event, except in cases of negligence on the part of the organizers.or any accidents suffered at the event, except in cases where damage is caused by the negligence of the organizers.

6. *Rules of conduct*

Visitors to the event venue are expected to behave in a civilized and respectful manner. The *Sun & Moon Team* reserves the right to remove any visitor who endangers the safety of the event or fails to comply with the event rules from the venue. These General Terms and Conditions apply for the entire duration of the event. By purchasing a ticket, visitors automatically accept these terms and conditions. Moon Team or other visitors may take pictures and make audio recordings (photos, videos). By entering the event or purchasing a ticket, participants expressly and irrevocably consent to the use of images and sound recordings made of them at the event by the organizers for promotional, marketing, press, or documentation purposes without restriction, and without any time or space limitations.

Visitors acknowledge that their possible appearance in the recordings does not give rise to any claims against Sun & Moon Team.
