In January, Ruttner Jazz Club will present the album "Körbezár egy hang" (Surrounded by a Sound) by S ï n t h ï a és Máté Möntör in January.
This time, it will be performed by a quartet consisting of Áron Nyirő (bass guitar) and Ábel Dénes (drums). The Hungarian-language compositions are personal experiences, memories and dreams: sometimes they evoke the subtle vibrations of reality, sometimes the sounds of a fairy-tale inner world. The duo's earlier, more intimate soundscape has now been replaced by richer textures, more dynamic instrumentation, and freer musical communication, while retaining the sensitivity and sincerity characteristic of them. S ï n t h ï a - Jazz singer Cintia Horváth's performances are characterized by cheerful calmness and determined strength.
The Bartók Conservatory jazz singing teacher graduated from Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music, won the Müpa Jazz Showcase award with her quintet, performed at 606 Club in London, and worked with artists such as Nüria Rial and Bobby McFerrin. In 2021, she received a scholarship from the Lakatos Ablakos Dezső Performing Arts Scholarship Fund to support her artistic career. She was the singer of the Balázs Elemér Group for four years and has been a member of the Voice Drops acapella group since 2018.
Máté Möntör is a jazz guitarist, performer, and teacher, and a former student of Snétberger Music Talent Center and Liszt Ferenc Academy of Music. The concert starts at 7:00 p.m.
