Ciao Ragazzi! If you love pizza – but not just any pizza, but the real thing, with a crispy crust, soft inside, and a delicious filling – then Trattoria il Lago is the place for you!
This will not be a dry cooking class, but a friendly workshop with a real Italian atmosphere, where you can learn the secrets of pizza making while toasting with prosecco and having fun. And believe me, there will be plenty of it—because pizza is truly love, but it also requires a little knowledge.
Sourdough pizza dough is our passion – and now Robert, our pizza master, shows us how to turn flour, water, and salt (yes, these are the most important ingredients!) into a true Italian miracle.
Theme – what will we be doing in 2.5 hours?
-We will learn the basics: tools, flours, the soul of dough – water and salt. -We will learn the secrets of kneading and resting. -Then comes the rolling – don't be afraid, it's best to do it by hand!
-Toppings: tomatoes, basil, mozzarella, and whatever else you like
-The big moment: baking in a hot oven
-Rolling out the dough - or preparing the small dough balls so you can practice at home.And of course, we'll be tasting, telling stories, and laughing together the whole time – just like the Italians do.
What are you taking home?
-Your own Pizza Kit: packed to go with your own dough
-A small portion of tomato sauce and buffalo mozzarella to delight everyone at home
Schedule:
5:30 p.m. – arrival, welcome prosecco 🥂
6:00 p.m. – the fun begins, led by Roberto
Approximately 2.5 hours, at the end of which everyone will happily enjoy their own pizza.
Participation fee:
