Papírkutya concert - Joe Corbin (UK) - 1st day

Classic and modern blues, a raspy voice, and honest, introspective songs - Joe Corbin on stage for three nights at Papírkutya!
Born in the Channel Islands, the guitarist and singer has been playing music since the age of 16, while also working in the family butcher shop ( yet he didn't turn to metal). He quickly became a regular fixture on the London music scene, performing everywhere from the Camden Roundhouse to the 100 Club, and even playing guitar for Tom Jones. His melancholic, honest and introspective songs were influenced by jazz and early soul as well as blues.
With a guitar style reminiscent of Eric Clapton, Stevie Ray Vaughan and Jimi Hendrix, and a raspy voice reminiscent of British greats like Joe Cocker and John Martyn, Joe Corbin is a natural-born performer and the voice of 21st century blues.
