In a joint programme with the Czech Centre, we present two young Czech first-time authors. Klára Vlasáková (1990, České Budějovice) is a Czech writer, screenwriter, dramaturg and publicist. She studied journalism and gender studies at Univerzita Karlova and screenwriting and dramaturgy at FAMU. She currently lives in Prague. She works as a dramaturg for Czech Television. Her first novel is entitled Fissures. The talks will be moderated by Anna Laura Kolláth, translator of the authors' works. Consecutive interpreter: László G. Kovács.
